Tulips Patchwork was designed to use up thosemyriads of scraps all quilters seem to collect, especially those left over from jelly roll strips.
If you have a basic knowledge of quilting this pattern is perfect for you, but I really did try and write it so that even a beginning quilter can be successful.
Other than scraps, you will need a bit of yardage for the applique and backing, as well as batting, and some fusible web.

5-INCH, 7-INCH, 10-INCH
